Why it works better with one team

Ads land somewhere built to sell

We build the store your ads send people to, so the page, the products and the checkout match what the ad promised.

You see the whole path

From ad click to sale in one report. You know which dollars brought in customers, not just clicks.

One call when something changes

New product, slow month, big order coming? One team adjusts the store and the ads together. No vendors blaming each other.

How it works

Same three steps for either service.

  1. A free call

About 20 minutes on what you sell and what's working now. If you run ads, we look inside the account and show you what we find, at no cost.

  2. Options in writing

Clear choices with real prices and timelines, so you can pick what fits your budget. No pressure to pick the biggest one.

  3. Build, launch, report

We set everything up in accounts you own, test it, train you, then report back every month on what's working.

Pricing

Two kinds of cost, kept separate on purpose: what you pay fixr for the work, and what you pay platforms like Google, Meta and Shopify directly.

Ad management

One flat monthly fee for fixr's work. Your ad budget is separate, paid from your own Google and Meta accounts, and you decide how much.

Online store and shop setup

$995 gets you selling fast: a ready-to-go Shopify storefront in your look, live in 5 to 7 business days. That's a one-time fee covering the build, loading your products, testing, training and 30 days of fixes after launch.

Need more, like custom order workflows, a custom-designed site or extra marketplaces? Better starts at $2,495 and Best at $5,995, because they add that work.

Either way, the monthly software runs in your own accounts and is billed to you by each vendor, with no markup from fixr.

What we changed

Paused searches for "free t-shirt templates" that cost $210 and brought no orders. Moved that budget to the team-order ad that's converting.

Next month

Test a fall fundraiser ad and add a reorder page for business customers.

Every client gets this in plain English, with the numbers pulled from their own accounts.

Hi, I'm Ryan.

I've spent 20 years in business consulting and operations, helping companies grow and building the behind-the-scenes processes that turn customers into regulars.

I started fixr because small businesses deserve that same thinking, without big-agency prices or jargon. Growth rarely needs more complexity. It needs a store that's easy to buy from, ads you can measure, and someone who tells you plainly what's working and what isn't.

When you work with fixr, you work with me: the same person on the first call, the build and every monthly report.

Questions

Is my ad budget included in your fee?

No, and that's on purpose. Your package price is fixr's flat fee for the work. Your ad budget is paid straight to Google and Meta, and you decide how much. Because our fee doesn't change with your spend, we have no reason to push you to spend more than the results justify.

Who owns my accounts?

You do. Your store, domain, ad accounts and customer list are all in your name, with your payment method. We work in them with access you give us. If you ever leave, you keep everything.

Will you tell me if my ads are already doing well?

Yes. The free audit shows what's working as well as what isn't. If your account is in good shape, we'll say so.

Do you start over or work with what I have?

We work with what you have. Your campaigns' history is valuable, so we keep what's performing and fix what's around it.

How long before I see results?

A new store can take orders within days of launch. For ads, most of the early fixes, like tracking and cutting wasted spend, happen in the first month, and you'll see what changed in your first report.

Who writes the ads?

We do: headlines, copy and calls to action. You approve everything before it goes live.

What if I want to cancel?

Starter and Growth have a 90-day minimum, and Partner has six months. After that, give 30 days' written notice. There's no penalty.
